Specialized public safety units such as aviation, drone, marine, SWAT and K-9 have unique mission parameters and success criteria that receive extra scrutiny by command staff and policy makers. Demonstrating unit efficiency and effectiveness without the right tools tailored to each individual unit is a tedious, time-consuming, and error-prone process.

Paper, spreadsheets, and traditional software approaches fail to address every step found in mission management—resulting in missed opportunities to streamline inefficiencies and demonstrate the unit’s true impact on the agency’s mission.

  • Improve Chief Pilot situational awareness of the unit as a whole from personnel (including pilot currency) to equipment.
  • Minimize pre-flight, in-flight and post-flight exceptions that might derail smooth operations.
  • Increase the ease of producing quality, admissible evidence gathered during an operation.
  • Increase the likelihood that unit equipment is always certifiably maintained.
  • Improve the ability for Command Staff to quantify the resource effectiveness of the aviation unit mission.
